Seriously, it feels like forever since I last wrote to you here. And yes, I know it’s only been a week~but that’s a pretty long time for me, you know? My lil absence from blogging was kind of a combination of being crazy busy on the phone playing, and the fact that I couldn’t think of anything I really wanted to say! This past week has been a hard one for me, to be honest. Somehow, I pulled a muscle in my leg while I was working out on Tuesday…I still don’t know exactly how I did it, all I know is that it hurt like HELL and I hope I never do it again! *Pouts* I was limping around, and in SO much pain~except when I was lying down. Hi guys Yeah, I know, it’s a really weird title, but it’s the best way for me to describe how I’m feeling tonight. It’s weird…do you ever get that feeling? Snow makes it feel more…christmasy. You know? Anyway, as of now, my Mommy’s coming to visit for 5 whole days this year. I have to start by saying that so far this week, I’ve been a very good girl about logging onto Niteflirt~just like I said I would be in my last post! And can I just say how nice it is to come home to a perfectly clean house that you didn’t have to clean yourself? Wait…I forget you guys are men. Anyway, from now on, for the tiny lil sum of $60 a week, I never have to clean anything ever ever again. Well, except laundry. But still! My Princess Days will be ALL princessy again. Definitely worth it, if you ask me.
Not only that, but the extra time makes it so I can do all kinds of stuff I usually wouldn’t have time to do. Like…getting my nails and toes done. (Okay, I guess I always do that, lol) And…stopping by my school to get the course catalog for the Spring semester. (See! I told you!) And EVEN…shopping. Not my normal kind of shopping either~I decided, since Matt and Amanda were in town and I had a free afternoon, that I wanted to get myself a Wii. You know, those video game systems that you have to stand up and use two little remotes for? The ones that are in such high demand that I had to drive around to 4 different stores before I found one? Yeah. Those. *Smiles*
Now let me explain: While I obviously love shopping and spending money whenever the opportunity presents itself…lol….I’ve never been a video game type of girl. I’ve never owned a video game system. When I was little, every year my Mom would ask me if I wanted one, and I’d always choose clothes instead. Mostly clothes…sometimes makeup or bubble bath or mini vacations, but usually just lots and lots of clothes. (It’s an addiction and I started young~what can I say? *Giggles*) Anyway, even though I never owned one, my friends always did. But even over at their houses I didn’t want to play! Sometimes I would supervise and yell out directions (FS says I’m a “backseat video game player”, lol) but most of the time I’d just find other stiuff to do. Like getting the phone so I could call boys. (Again~I started young! Talking to guys is just as addictive as shopping, IMO…) SO. I’m just not too coordinated with this stuff….and I don’t know if I’m ever going to be…but OMG this thing is so much fun! We stayed up playing the damn thing till like 3am on Tuesday and I swear I can’t stop! My arm hurts like hell from the boxing game…but it’s still lots of fun. And that, in case you wondered, is why I just added some Wii stuff to my wishlist….
Now, speaking of my wishlist….I need to say thank you’s for all the prezzies I’ve gotten this week! I know I’ve said it before, but I LOVE it when you guys take the time to spoil me! Anyway, I got 5 cd’s today, from my Canadian S, I think I’m changing his name to Mr Anonymous, though~because I still have no idea who he is or whether or not we’ve ever spoken. (But TY so much!!
